Seasonal Affective Disorder
Many people go undiagnosised with Seasonal Affective Disorder. They write it off as being moody, irritable or having cabin fever. It has a name and is treatable. You don't have to suffer alone and in silence any more. (I'm not a Dr. so don't use this as true and expert medical advice.)
The Mayo clinic accurately describes treatment options, symptoms, medications, coping and causes just to name a few.
I hope this link helps everyone that has fallen into that shutin depressed feeling in the winter months.
